Let’s meet for two hours on site. Together we will walk through and prepare a list of simple and inexpensive upgrades that will create appeal for more buyers in your market while you are living in your home or off site.

Designer Work Day

Need a little more help? Let’s do it together!

We’ll start first thing in the morning. Together we’ll create a To Do list and get a big chunk done that morning. After a working lunch, we can take next design steps in making decisions for home improvements. Let’s venture out and select new flooring samples or shop for accessories. Work day consists of 8 hours suggested from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

• Prepare To Do list with Photos

• Reposition furniture to make rooms feel large and inviting

• Select new paint colors for interior and exterior

• Review furniture rental options and pricing

• Working lunch to prepare afternoon Action Items and recommendations

• Visit local showrooms to select and price new carpet, tile or wood flooring

• Visit Plumbing or Lighting showrooms to select new fixtures
